Legal Consultation
What does a legal consultation include?
A 30-minute scheduled phone consultation to understand your legal concern, discuss the relevant issues and clarify possible next steps.
How much is a legal consultation?
The fee is ₹450 for a 30-minute phone consultation.
Does the consultation include drafting or court representation?
No. Drafting, filing, representation, court appearances and other legal work are separate and will be discussed where required.
Does paying for a consultation guarantee a particular outcome?
No. A legal process is determined by the applicable law, the facts and evidence, and the decision of the relevant court or tribunal. No particular outcome can be guaranteed.
Does sending an enquiry through the website create an advocate-client relationship?
No. A website enquiry by itself does not create an advocate-client relationship. That relationship begins only when it has been expressly agreed.
Counseling Support
What is counseling support at MIND & MATTER?
It is a private 30-minute conversation where you can talk openly, take your time and be heard without judgment.
How much is a counseling support session?
The fee is ₹450 for a 30-minute counseling support session.
What kinds of concerns can I discuss?
You may discuss family concerns, matrimonial and marital difficulties, relationship concerns, parenting issues, school-related concerns, child and adolescent concerns, or personal situations where you simply need a space to talk.
Is counseling support the same as legal advice?
No. Counseling support is a separate service from legal representation. Where a situation involves both personal and legal concerns, the two are approached separately.
Is counseling support psychiatric treatment or clinical psychological treatment?
No. MIND & MATTER does not provide psychiatric treatment, clinical psychological diagnosis or emergency mental-health care.
What happens if specialist care is needed?
If a situation appears to require specialist or urgent intervention, appropriate qualified services will be recommended or referred to.

How long is a consultation or session?
Both the legal consultation and counseling support session are 30 minutes.
How do I book?
Use the Book Appointment button and select the service you require. The appointment process will guide you through the available details.
Can I book legal consultation and counseling support together?
They are separate services and are not combined into one session. Where both are relevant, they are handled separately.
Can I send confidential documents through the website?
Please do not send emergency information or highly sensitive confidential material through the website enquiry form. Relevant information and documents can be discussed or shared through the appropriate process after an appointment is arranged.
