About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website. By browsing the site or sending an enquiry or appointment request through it, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

They describe how the website works today. They are not a contract for legal or counseling services — those are agreed separately, in their own terms, if and when you engage Mind & Matter.

What this website is

This is the website of Mind & Matter, a practice based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, offering legal guidance and counseling support. The site exists to describe what the practice does, to set out its fees, and to let you ask a question or request an appointment.

It is intended to provide information. It is not an advertisement, solicitation or inducement, and nothing on it should be read as an invitation to instruct or an offer of any particular outcome.

Using the site creates no professional relationship

Browsing this website, or sending an enquiry or appointment request through it, does not by itself create an advocate-client relationship or a counseling relationship. Such relationships begin only when expressly agreed.

Until that point, anything you send should be treated as an ordinary first enquiry rather than a protected professional communication. This is set out further in the Legal Disclaimer and the Counseling Disclaimer.

Information on this website

The written content on this site, including the articles, is general in nature. It is written to be useful, not to be applied directly to any particular situation, and it cannot take account of facts it does not know about.

Content may be added, changed or removed at any time. Where an article is a sample written to illustrate the format rather than a real account, it is labelled as such on the page itself.

Please do not act, or decide not to act, on the strength of general information on this website alone. A conversation about your own circumstances is what that information cannot replace.

Enquiries and appointment requests

The appointment form sends a request. It does not book, hold or confirm a time. An appointment exists only once it has been confirmed with you separately, using the contact details you provide.

There is no guarantee that a requested date or time is available, and no obligation to accept any particular enquiry or matter.

Please do not send emergency information, confidential legal documents, case papers, identity documents or highly sensitive personal or health information through the forms on this website. They are ordinary web forms, not a secure channel. A short description is enough to arrange a conversation.

Fees

The fees stated on this website are the fees for the consultations described, as set out on the Fees page:

• Legal Consultation — ₹450 for 30 minutes.
• 30-Minute Counseling Support Session — ₹450 for 30 minutes.
• Each is a separate service. The two are never combined into one session.

A consultation fee covers that consultation only. Drafting, filing, representation, court appearances and any further work are separate and are discussed where required.

No payment is taken through this website. Fees may change, and the Fees page shows the current position.

Availability of the website

This website is provided as it is. It may be unavailable at times, whether for maintenance or for reasons outside anyone’s control, and no guarantee is given of uninterrupted or error-free access.

Features may be added or withdrawn as the site develops. Where a page describes something that is not yet in place, it says so rather than implying otherwise.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, brand name and other material on this website belong to Mind & Matter unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read it, quote briefly from it with attribution, and link to it.

Please do not reproduce, republish or adapt substantial parts of it for your own purposes without permission.

This website links to resources that Mind & Matter does not control, including public services such as the Government of India Tele-MANAS helpline. Those are provided because they may be useful, not as an endorsement of everything on them.

Once you follow a link away from this site, these terms no longer apply and the other organisation’s own terms take over.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mind & Matter is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website, as distinct from advice given to you directly in a consultation.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here is intended to exclude any obligation owed under applicable professional rules.
